Using the site
Bored4Games is free to use for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may play the games and read the guides as much as you like. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, scraping it at a scale that disrupts service, or using it to distribute malware or unlawful content.
Accounts
You do not need an account to play. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information when signing up. We may suspend or remove accounts that are used abusively or in breach of these terms. You can ask us to delete your account at any time through the contact page.
Game content and intellectual property
The Bored4Games name, site design and original content are ours. Many of the games are the work of independent developers and are used under their respective open-source licences. Each such game keeps its original licence and an attribution note, and those licence terms govern that game's code. Classic games such as Checkers, Solitaire and Minesweeper are based on public-domain rules; our particular implementation and presentation remain ours or the original author's.
If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we will review it promptly.
Advertising
The site is funded by advertising, including Google AdSense. By using the site you acknowledge that ads will be shown. How advertising data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy.
User submissions
If you send us a game suggestion, bug report or other message, you grant us permission to use it to operate and improve the site. Do not send confidential information you are not willing to share, and do not submit content you do not have the right to send.
Availability and changes
We offer the site "as is" and "as available". We may add, change or remove games and features at any time, and the site may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee that every game will work perfectly on every device or browser.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bored4Games is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the site evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
